Our Machining Capabilities

Rochester CNC currently have 2 CNC Lathes and two CNC milling machines. Both the lathes are bar fed, enabling us to machine high quantities of parts efficiently. With a through spindle bore for bar fed work of 50mm, enables us to machine bars ranging from 6mm to 50mm diameter and 5mm up to 200mm diameter for chuck holding billets. Our milling machines have 4th axis milling capability and a bed traverse of 500mm x 380mm.
